Who We Are
Cascadia is a fully integrated real estate investment and development company. Focused on investment, development and management of land, commercial, industrial, multi family, master – planned and mixed use developments.
Cascadia Pacific was formed by David Dill, who drives the vision and direction of the company. Having over 30 years of experience in commercial brokerage, property and asset management, investment, development and consulting assignments. David’s experience spans a variety of projects, whether as lead developer or acting as development consultant/manager for other stakeholders. These include, master planned – multi-phased developments, commercial, mixed use, hotel, industrial, multi-family and value add or asset repositioning. No project or assignment is too difficult or complex to solve. We believe our vision and future is bright.

Our Approach
We begin with the end in mind, to create projects that work for all stakeholders. It starts with envisioning a project’s potential then conceptualization and risk analysis.

We know of no secret sauce other than hard work, a ton of discipline and a results – oriented focus. Our investment approach and strategy is built into our DNA. Coasting is not.
We focus on the variables we can control while preparing for those we cannot. We test to quantify and analyze the amount of up front work to minimize risk through each stage of the development process.
By sourcing the right opportunities and our rigorous hands-on approach, from site selection, project due diligence, municipal approvals, trade and contractor selection, project pricing through to marketing, sales and lease up, all while managing risk and aligning our objectives with all stakeholders including investors, customers, tenants and the community at large.
